To use SlapbirdAPM, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Some features of SlapbirdAPM may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Licensing and Intellectual Property
SlapbirdAPM is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) v3. This means that you are free to use, modify, and distribute the software, provided that any modifications or derivative works are also licensed under the AGPL v3. 5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SlapbirdAPM at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use SlapbirdAPM will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the service.

SlapbirdAPM is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlapbirdAPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SlapbirdAPM, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SlapbirdAPM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of SlapbirdAPM or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Saskatchewan, Canada.
